Return Policy

A.1. Eligibility for Exchange/ Return

1.Return Window:- You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
2. Item Condition:- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
3. Exceptions:- Personalized, custom-made, or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

 A.2. Initiating a Return
1. Kindly fill the return & exchange form which is updated under the Information section on our webiste.
2. Prepare Your Package:- Securely repackage your item, including original invoice inside.

B. Refund Details

1. Inspection Process:-  Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions.
Item Condition: The product should be in the same condition as received with the tags intact.
2. Shipping Cost: A non-refundable shipping cost of INR 100/- will be borne by the customer and for the rest amount will issue the credit note to you.
3. Notification Period:- Return or exchange requests should be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
4. Store Credit:- In the case of exchanges, we offer store credit valid for 3 months from the date of your last order placed.
