Please Read The Terms & Conditions Carefully Before You Are Placing an Order. By Using nourii.com And/Or Placing An Order You Agree To Be Bound With The Same As Below.
1. We accept all major credit cards/debit cards/Net banking / mobile wallet/COD.
2. Given the complexity in production, occasionally a product may not be produced as per the output expected and so we may seek your approval on this matter. This may result in your order getting delayed.
Incase our quality check team notices any defect in the product, the order can be canceled and intimated through mail.
3. Intellectual Property:- This website contains material owned by or licensed to us, including the design, layout, and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited except with our written permission.
4. Credit Note:- Against returned items, we will issue a credit note redeemable on our website within 3 months from the billing date.
5. Delivery Delays:- Delivery may be delayed due to the following reasons.
-Bad weather
-Transportation delays
-Natural calamities
-Political disruptions
-Logistics challenges
-Product lost in transit
-Regional or national holidays,
6. If a shipment is lost during transit, it may cause a delay in your order. We will investigate the issue and dispatch a new item accordingly.
7. In case of any discrepancy in the pricing of a discounted product on account of human error, the amount that appears in the system will be deemed final.
8. No exchange and return on discounted products.
Shipping Policy
A. Domestic Shipping
1. We aim to ship products within 2-3 working days.
2. Free shipping is available on all orders in India.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are subject to a non-refundable charge of Rs 100/-.
4. While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur.

B. International Shipping
1. Shipping charges for international orders are calculated automatically at checkout.
2. International orders will be shipped within 3-4 working days. Delivery times may vary based on the destination country's customs process.
3. Customs or import duties, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility.
4. We accept only prepaid orders for international customers.
5. If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 24-48 hours of receipt, and we will assist with the process.

Return & Exchange policy
A. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
1. Return Window:- You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
2. Item Condition:- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
3. Exceptions:- Personalized, custom-made, or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiating a Return
4. Kindly fill the return & exchange form which is updated under the help section on our webiste.
5. Prepare Your Package:- Securely repackage your item, including original invoice inside.
B. Exchange Details
1. *Inspection Process:-* Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions.
2. Item Condition: The product should be in the same condition as received with all tags intact.
3. *Shipping Cost:-* A non-refundable shipping cost of INR 100/- will be borne by the customer and for the rest amount will issue the credit note to you.
4. *Notification Period:-* Return or exchange requests should be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
5. *Store Credit:-* In the case of exchanges, we offer store credit valid for 3 months from the date of your last order placed.
